Dr. Deepa.K.S acquired her PhD in Business Administration from Bharathiar University (NAAC ‘A’ Grade , Ranked 14th among Indian Universities by MHRD-NRF) in the area of Human Resource Management. She has presented several papers in National and International journals and got Best Paper Award in the National Symposium organized by NCET. A total of 18 ½ years teaching experience of which 3 years 2 months as Director- in –Charge of Institute of Management and Technology Punnapra.

Dr. Kailas K.P is an All India Management Association (AIMA) accredited management faculty with 20 years of experience. He is a graduate in Agricultural Engineering (B.Tech) and a postgraduate in Business Administration (MBA from IMK, Kerala University). He completed his M.Phil from Annamalai University and cleared UGC-NET in 2008. He was awardedPh.D by Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala for his research on the “Effect of Total Quality Management in Business Performance”. It also received the Best Research Paper Award in the National Conference held at Rajagiri Business School (RBS) in January 2020. He has also published articles in reputed national journals.
He has started his career with Kerala State Horticultural Product Development Corporation as an Assistant Manager-Distribution and then moved to teaching. His areas of interest include marketing management and operations management. He is currently holding the charge of Director of KIMB and a member of the Board of Examiners of Kerala Agricultural University (Agricultural Engineering) and KUFOS.

Dr. Indulekha. R has acquired Ph.D from University of Kerala on the topic Human Resource Practices and Performance of Medical Representatives in Kerala – A Strategic Analysis. She has 11 years of teaching experience, published several articles in national and international journals and done various book reviews. She has presented papers at IIM Kozhikode, SDMIMD, Mysore, University of Kerala Trivandrum and various other forums. She act as a consultant for various companies inside and outside Kerala and presently guiding the projects personalisation of Heritage sports and enactment of Passenger rights. She has contributed chapters in edited volumes related with management field and many new books regarding management principles will be published within a short period of time.

Done his BTech in Electronics & Communication from Amrita University, Amritapuri Campus. After degree joined Cognizant Technology Solutions and handled data ware house System for numerous clients. After that joined Christ University for dual degree programme and acquired PGDM – Marketing from Christ University Bangalore and MBA – International Business from Applied Science University, FHWS Campus Schiweinfurt Germany. Later joined Cucine Lube as Assistant Manager in sales and Marketing. Done training programs in Sales and Marketing for Professionals. Published papers in IEEE Conferences National and International level.

Mr. Santhakumar did his MBA in HR from IGNOU and M.Com from Annamalai University. He had also passed PG Diploma in HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing (PGDHRM, PGDFM, PGDOM and PGDMM) from IGNOU.He has qualified SET in Commerce and NET, twice in Management. He had been employing in IGNOU as Academic Counsellor since Nov 2012. He had also possessed Managerial experience (7 years) from an industry under the SSI unit, Thiruvananthapuram. He had enrolled the Industrial Training Programme of the Directorate of Industries and Commerce, Thiruvananthapuram. Mr. Santhakumar is pursuing his Ph.D in HR from the Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean studies (KUFOS). He has participated in various Faculty Development Programmes, International Seminars and most recently enrolled in the MBA Syllabus Modernisation Workshop in Kerala.
